Businesses in the Creston Valley-Kootenay Lake have been navigating unique and challenging obstacles during the pandemic. To help businesses adapt and grow during these challenging times, Kootenay Employment Services launched their Business Recovery Advisor program in June 2021. Amy Hotchkiss is the advisor serving businesses in the Creston Valley-Kootenay Lake area. Local businesses can benefit from assistance in the form of one-on-one coaching, workshops, and information about available sources of financial support. To date, over 225 local businesses have been contacted through this initiative.
