The program supports the development of new business ventures in communities across the Regional Districts of Central Kootenay, East Kootenay, and Kootenay Boundary.
A 3 phase project focused on making the Creston Valley and Kootenay Lake area easier to navigate.
KES formed a Childcare Working Group, and hosted a meeting with community service providers and stakeholders. This group utilized the results of the CitySpaces report to brainstorm possible solutions to the childcare crisis in our community.
We are working with various community partners to develop a photobank to enhance tourism, local marketing, and resident and physician attraction.
